These terms govern use of madeleinecrush.com and the SiteCheck mobile app. A separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement governs any paid client engagement.
Using this website
You may use the website and SiteCheck app for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the services, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, misuse forms or automated checks, evade reasonable limits, or use the services in a way that infringes another person's rights.
SiteCheck reports
SiteCheck analyzes publicly available website signals using automated third-party audit data. Reports are informational snapshots, may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable, and can change between checks. They are not security audits, legal advice, accessibility certifications, search-ranking guarantees, or promises of traffic, leads, revenue, or conversion performance. Important decisions should be confirmed through appropriate professional and manual review.
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to check a website and for how you use or share a report. Do not use SiteCheck to test private networks, credentials, confidential systems, or addresses you are not permitted to assess.
Estimates and service information
Prices, ranges, timelines, packages, and examples shown on the site—including a range produced by the private guided estimate—are informational starting points. They are not binding offers or guarantees and do not reserve availability.
