Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, business name, email address, country, telephone number, preferred contact method, project interests, and the details you choose to provide. We also receive information you send directly by email or during a business conversation.

When you use a private guided estimate, we may also collect your scope selections, the resulting planning range, and the invitation identifier used to route the request. Do not enter passwords, confidential records, or regulated personal information into the estimate tool.

When you use the Apex AI sales concierge, the messages you enter and limited page context, such as the page title, may be sent to Anthropic or OpenAI to generate a reply, recommend a service path, and prepare a project brief. If the conversation reaches a qualified recommendation, we may retain a limited summary containing a random Lead ID, recommended service path, project brief, planning guidance, relevant concept titles, page context, campaign source, and conversation-turn count so we can route and measure the opportunity. The summary does not include contact details unless you separately submit the contact form. Do not enter passwords, payment details, confidential records, health information, or other sensitive information into the concierge.

The site stores a language preference in your browser and may store a temporary session flag so the introductory animation does not repeat during the same browsing session. We do not use those settings to identify you.

The guided estimate may use temporary session storage to preserve non-sensitive selections while the browser tab remains open. Contact information, website URLs, and free-text notes are not stored in that draft.

SiteCheck mobile app

SiteCheck does not require an account, advertising identifier, contact list, precise location, camera, microphone, or payment information. When you start a check, the public website address and selected business goal are sent to our audit endpoint so the requested report can be produced. The endpoint sends the public address to Google PageSpeed Insights, which supplies Lighthouse audit signals under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

The resulting report and recent-check history are stored locally on your device so you can reopen them. You can remove that local history from the app. We may retain limited server and security logs, such as request time, network address, response status, and diagnostic details, for a short period to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service. We do not use a submitted website address to contact the website owner or add anyone to a marketing list.

If you voluntarily follow the expert-help link and contact MadeleineCrush, the information you submit through that separate inquiry is handled as described elsewhere in this policy. Uninstalling the app removes its local data according to your device platform's behavior.

How we use information

• Prepare requested recommendations, estimates, proposals, and services.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry process.
• Maintain appropriate business, legal, and security records.
• Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our clients and systems.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent.

Service providers and external content

Apex concierge messages may be processed by Anthropic or OpenAI as service providers to generate replies and project recommendations. Qualified-lead summaries and submitted contact records may be stored using Upstash, and transactional or consented project-planning emails may be sent using Resend. Contact details are not sent to MadeleineCrush until you review and submit the separate contact form. Formspree remains a backup contact-routing provider if the primary intake service is unavailable. SiteCheck website audits are supplied by Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse. The website may load media or link to services such as YouTube, Instagram, X, and content-delivery providers. Those providers may process technical information under their own privacy policies when their content or sites are accessed.

The optional project-planning email sequence is sent only when you select its checkbox. It contains three messages over approximately ten days and includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the automated planning sequence but does not prevent MadeleineCrush from responding directly to an inquiry you submitted.

We may also use hosting, security, communication, scheduling, and professional-service providers that process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our systems. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also object to or withdraw consent for some processing. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

International visitors

MadeleineCrush is based in Texas, United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
